The Opportunity

This position as a Growth Strategy Director is an opportunity for you to join an exciting mission-driven startup team and work side-by-side with the Founder to aggressively scale the business. This is an opportunity for you to not only earn unlimited income but to do it while making a positive social impact and play an instrumental role in making workplaces more inclusive, empowered, and innovative. Those who are hired for this role will be a part of a diverse and small core team of powerhouse connectors.

Your Role

  • As a Growth Strategy Director, you will be a full-cycle sales rep for the full suite of ZerModus products and services. You will identify, qualify, establish, grow, and nurture strategic accounts across the country within your designated vertical.
  • The products and services you’ll be responsible for selling include (but are not limited to): corporate memberships, bulk sales of planners, online certification courses, strategic consulting services, leadership development workshops, and other offerings focused on employee empowerment.
  • You'll be instrumental in launching an exclusive professional network: Global Society of Visionaries. The mission of this association is to foster the cross-pollination of individuals from diverse industries, cultures, and generations to connect and collaborate outside of their comfort zone.
  • You’ll be an inquisitive listener and resourceful/creative problem solver for your clients. Doing deep dives in your due diligence so you walk in with well-informed strategic advice that grabs their attention and gets you the meeting.
  • You’ll use your excellent communication skills to educate and persuade executives, industry thought leaders, and rising talent to act in their own best interests.
  • You’ll be agile in a startup environment where things are fast-paced and constantly evolving to the market demand and client needs.

Your Qualifications

  • You have at least 5-8+ years B2B sales experience, with a proven successful track record of generating at least $1.2m+ in revenue in a twelve-month period.
  • Strong preference will be shown to candidates with an established network or experience in selling corporate memberships for associations or professional services.
  • Ideally, you have also experience selling professional training services, consulting services, and/or licensing programs to Executive level decision-makers at large corporations.
  • You come highly recommended with at least 3 references.
  • You are proficient in programs like Zoom, HubSpot, Slack, AirTable, etc.
  • Your sales style is that you are a connector and relationship builder with a hunter mentality.
  • You have a demonstrated passion for diversity, inclusion, and equality. You have a track record of advocacy and empowering others.
  • You are in alignment with the ZerModus vision, mission, and guiding principles and you conduct yourself in an ethical and admirable manner.

Your Compensation

Compensation Structure: (No Base) Straight Commission, Universal & Transparent Performance-Based Compensation Structure with 15%-40% commission rates based on units sold

Bonus Potential: Opportunity for 15%-20% Year-End Bonus (based on performance)

Commission Potential: Hitting your monthly quota will put you at $115,200 in annual income with a $25,380 Year end Bonus; Unlimited/Uncapped Earning Potential
