The Purpose of this Program
Boundaries keep us safe. There are different types of boundaries for virtually any kind of situation. Some function as metaphorical doors, while others are windows, and then some need to be permanent walls.
Not having strong and healthy boundaries is codependent behavior. Everyone needs boundaries in order to protect their energy. The amount of energy we have is finite. There is only so much to go around. And yet, if we've never learned how to set boundaries, this energy will get exploited.
You have to have your oxygen mask on first before you can help anyone else. And yet so many of us spend years or even decades of our lives running around trying to help everyone by ourselves.
The purpose of this program is to help you determine where you need to start setting boundaries, unpack why you haven't been setting in the first place, and find the words for how to set boundaries in a manner that is authentic to who you are and still effective.
